Selah is the new name for our bar brand, formerly Cella. This page explains how we handle information on eatselah.com.

Joining the founding list

When you join, we save your email address, signup time, and a record of your consent in our Cloudflare-hosted waitlist database. We use these details for Selah development updates and presale news. Joining is free and does not place an order.

Our current signup service does not automatically send a welcome email. When we connect an email platform, the consent-aware list may be imported for Selah emails. You can unsubscribe from those emails or request removal by contacting [email protected], our existing support address.

Your daydreams stay here

The daily-moment and future-flavor selectors are for exploring the page. Their selections stay in your browser memory, reset when the page reloads, and are not sent with your email. The hidden pause and surprise features do not collect personal details.

Site measurement

We use short-lived first-party session storage to understand visits, campaign sources, and whether a visit leads to a saved signup. We do not send email addresses, flavor selections, or full referring URLs with page events. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Session identifiers expire after inactivity and measurement records are kept for up to 90 days.

Keeping the form reliable

Cloudflare processes network requests to serve this website. Our signup service uses daily-changing network hashes to limit repeated requests; it does not save raw IP addresses in the waitlist tables. Temporary rate-limit records expire within 24 hours and are removed during subsequent requests. No email addresses are written to application logs.
